The company specializes in metalworking processes including laser cutting, forming, and assembly, serving a variety of industrial clients with high-quality, customized solutions.**Position Summary**:The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and safety across the shop floor. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing environments, preferably with exposure to metal fabrication. Strong leadership skills and solid English communication are essential. A background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is highly desirable.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output goals.- Ensure efficient use of resources, adherence to schedules, and compliance with quality standards.- Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance departments to resolve production issues and optimize processes.- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce waste.- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork on the production floor.- Participate in strategic planning and capacity analysis to support business growth.- Provide coaching and development opportunities for supervisors and line staff.**Qualifications**:- Minimum of 15 years of experience in production management within manufacturing or fabrication environments.- Experience with metals and metalworking processes is a strong plus.- Proven leadership and team management skills.- Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written.- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, operational excellence (OpEx), or continuous improvement methodologies.- Engineering background is beneficial but not required.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Gerencial**Función departamental**:Manufactura / Operaciones**Industria**:Manufactura, Bienes de Consumo
