Data Analytics Coordinator

**Summary**:The Data Analytics Coordinator is responsible for interpreting data and converting it into information, which can offer ways to improve the business, thus affecting business decisions.Will gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends.Once data has been gathered and interpreted, the Data Analyst will report back what has been found in a comprehensive study/report.Proactively identify trends and usual patterns that could impact the business reporting and KPIs (Transactions, commissions, statements, premium, etc.) analyze root causes and generate action plans to correct and prevent in the future.**Responsibilities**:- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets- Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems- Develop efficient methods for transactions, deposits, statements reconciliations- Work with different departments (Dev, IT, RPA, Compliance, Legal, CDM, OPS) to understand root causes and develop action plans**What are we looking for?****Required**:- Bachelors Degree- +3 years of experience- Specialized knowledge such as advance SQL, advanced data base**Language Level**:- Intermediate-Advanced English**Computational Level**:- Use of Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Etc.**What can Seguros Confie offer you?**- Engaging and supportive work environment.That is how we were voted as the "Best Call Center in Tijuana" for ****- Being part of a team where you can balance your personal and professional life.We've created a great environment for our team members to experience a healthy work-life balance.- Employee engagement events- Perks and discounts- All employees at Seguros Confie can ask for three extra paid days off after their first 90 days with us- Private Health Insurance and more- All law benefits**Visit our web sites
