Descripción y detalle de las actividadesSummary: The Data Analytics Coordinator is responsible for interpreting data and converting it into information, which can offer ways to improve the business, thus affecting business decisions.Will gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends.Once data has been gathered and interpreted, the Data Analyst will report back what has been found in a comprehensive study/report.Proactively identify trends and usual patterns that could impact the business reporting and KPIs (Transactions, commissions, statements, premium, etc.) analyze root causes and generate action plans to correct and prevent in the future.Responsibilities: -Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports -Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality -Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems -Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets -Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems -Develop efficient methods for transactions, deposits, statements reconciliations -Work with different departments (Dev, IT, RPA, Compliance, Legal, CDM, OPS) to understand root causes and develop action plansExperiência y requisitosOrganizaciónSeguros ConfieGiroTelemarketingActividad principalWe are a call center that offers services to different brands in the insurance industry.Número de empleados****/**Área** Administración**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Titulo Profesional**Sexo** Indistinto
