Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ESG Reporting Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability, ESG reporting, and regulatory compliance.The ESG Reporting Manager will be responsible for managing the execution of ESG reporting processes, ensuring quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance of non-financial data.This includes coordinating internal validations, control testing, and cross-functional collaboration for timely and reliable sustainability disclosures.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute the ESG reporting calendar.Coordinate data requests, deadlines and quality reviews to ensure timely submission to auditors, investors and regulatory bodies.Manage ICSR controls implementation.Ensure each process owner executes documented controls for accuracy, completeness and traceability of data (Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, safety, HR metrics).Perform control testing and document results.Design test plans, sample sizes and evaluation criteria; report control deficiencies and follow up on remediation actions.Validate data and narratives for the Sustainability Report.Reconcile operational data with financial records and verify accuracy of KPIs and text disclosures.Support external assurance process.Prepare documentation packages for auditors, coordinate information requests and address observations promptly.Drive process improvements and automation.Identify opportunities to simplify data flows, enhance template standardization and develop dashboards.Required Skills / Technical KnowledgeExcel advancedSAPWorkivaPower BIKnowledge of IFRS S1 / S2, SASB, COSO, GHG ProtocolBenefitsFlexible schedule.Inspirational and fun work environment.Unlimited vacation days from day one.Savings fund & savings account.Staff Travel: Discounted flights for you and up to 12 loved ones.Life & medical insurance + 24/7 online medical assistance for your family.Access to exclusive discounts (gyms, retail, universities, restaurants, and more).#J-*****-Ljbffr
