**Jod Description**:This is a part-time contractor ESG Analyst Intern position with Seneca ESG, a sustainability-focused technology and consulting firm.You will support ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) research and business development activities for the Japan market.**Main Duties**:- Research ESG trends, regulations, and disclosures in Japan (e.g., TCFD, GRI, SASB)- Assist in data collection, cleaning, and reporting- Support the Mexico ESG Lead in preparing materials, presentations, and client insights- Participate in internal meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions- Contribute to business development research and outreach in the Mexico marketThis is a contractor role suitable for students or graduates with strong interest in sustainability and excellent research and language skills.**Appealing Points**:- Work with a growing international sustainability team- Flexible, remote-based work that fits your schedule- Direct mentorship from our Mexico ESG Lead- Opportunity to contribute to real ESG projects and gain international experience- Flat and friendly team culture - open to fresh ideas and continuous learning- Interns often stay on longer or grow into extended projects based on performance**Required**:- Currently residing in Mexico City, Mexico with valid visa that allows freelance/contract work- Native-level Spanish and fluent English (reading/writing/speaking)- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in ESG, Business, Environment, Public Policy, or related fields- Comfortable with online research and working in Excel or Google Sheets- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive**Preferred**:- Prior project or internship experience in ESG, climate policy, or sustainability- Familiarity with ESG frameworks like TCFD, GRI, or SASB- Comfortable with remote collaboration tools**Working hours and days**:Flexible part-time schedule (approx. ***** hrs/week), ideally within 10:*****:00 JST to align with our regional team in Singapore and Taiwan.- Work schedule is flexible ****** hours per week), based on agreement- Weekends and public holidays off- Leaves or breaks can be arranged based on university or family needs**Salary**:315 MXN per hour**Job Type**: Part-timePay: $***** - $***** per hour**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
