Join to apply for the PROCESS OWNER role at Howmet Aerospace 3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Trabaja en el proceso asignado por el Especialista de grupo o Ingeniero de Procesos Registra cada hora los datos de la producción en el tablero de producción y cumple con el llenado de las hojas de proceso. Realiza el producto de acuerdo a la secuencia de producción, y dentro del tiempo establecido. Si hay alguna desviación del tiempo establecido, reporta inmediatamente al especialista de grupo / Supervisor Resuelve problemas que pueden resueltos dentro del tiempo estándar. Registra el problema y la solución a través del Ingeniero de Proceso o lo documenta en un SISA, A3, How fix o Ewo Cuando se presente una desviación en el trabajo estandarizado o instrucción de trabajo inmediatamente jala la Cadena de Ayuda reportando al Especialista de Proceso o Supervisor. Mientras la cadena de Ayuda reacciona inmediatamente se pone a trabajar en la lista de tareas del puesto. (la lista de tareas tarea contiene el tiempo necesario por cumplir el con ella, para operar, y trabajar en el sistema de la sugerencia). Si no hay ninguna tarea más en la lista de tareas, notifica al Especialista De grupo sobre su disponibilidad. Participa en la solución de problemas a la indicación de Especialista del Proceso. Participa en la Junta de Inicio (toolbox Meeting) y otros entrenamientos asignados por el Especialista De grupo. Reporta las condiciones inseguras, incidentes y accidentes en todas las áreas de EHS de forma oportuna Propone mejoras para prevenir o corregir en cuestión de seguridad, calidad, productividad, tales como ahorro en costos, procesos más fluidos, mejora a los sistemas de seguridad o calidad, etc. lo hace vía formal a través de los SISAs o jala su cadena de ayuda para verlo directamente junto con su especialista de grupo, o Ingeniero de Proceso Mantener los controles operacionales de las actividades que es responsable. Aplicar los formatos establecidos en sus responsabilidades. Qualifications Inducción Institucional, entrenamiento relacionado con la determinación de necesidades de formación de cada certificación relacionada a su proceso. Entrenamiento de Seguridad, Calidad y Medio ambiente relacionado a su Proceso Seguimiento a reglas, capaz de trabajar con ciclos de tiempo. About Us Howmet Aerospace Inc.
