The Motherson Group is one of the 15 largest and fastest growing full system solutions providers to the global automotive industry, serving multiple further industries, such as rolling stock, aerospace, medical, IT, and logistics, with over 190,000 employees across 44 countries worldwide.Our facility located in Saltillo, MX is looking for a highly motivated MSES & Productivity Engineer to join our teamThe role of the MSES & Productivity Engineer is responsible for maximizing plant performance and profitability with accountability on direct labor by strict application of the MSES operating principles.What you'll doCoach and support plant teams on MSES principles (HSE, Quality, PC&L, Production).Lead direct labor cost budgeting and improvement planning.Drive MSES deployment and contribute to Plant Improvement Plan.Ensure plant understanding of MSES KPIs and their impact on P&L.Provide training and promote lean manufacturing mindset.Support lean design in programs and validate equipment/process standards.Ensure accurate labor cost tracking and productivity analysis.Promote standardized work and production reliability tools.Identify and lead productivity improvement actions.Facilitate continuous flow, layout optimization, and lean workshops.Manage and contribute to MSES networks and best practice sharing.Ensure HSE compliance and support ISO 14001 initiatives.Act with autonomy, accountability, and uphold ethical standards.What we offerA pleasant working atmosphere, with good career opportunities.Build knowledge with exciting and varied assignments.We show our commitment to our people via the following values:✓ Interest for each other: We act with empathy and care about each other and our counterparts.✓ Togetherness: We work together collaboratively and selflessly.✓ Trust: We say what we mean, keep our promises, and treat others with respect.✓ Respect: We respect and value people of all backgrounds.✓ Enthusiasm: We are curious, ambitious, passionate, humble, and life-long learners.What we are looking forMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or EngineeringMinimum 3 years of experience (UAP / PC&L / Quality)Recommended 3 years of working experience within a production environment (e.g. Engineer, Supervisor, Manager level or equivalent)Proven MSES application in plant performance.Plant launch and management experience preferred.Understand P&L levers; strong analytical/problem-solving. #J-18808-Ljbffr
