Solution Development - Quote Entry Specialist page is loaded## Solution Development - Quote Entry Specialistlocations: Guadalupe, Mexicotime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR-0083779Quote Entry Specialist will work closely with Solution Development Leads (SDLs), Mechanical and Controls Estimators, and Sales to pass through fully designed and quoted solutions from spreadsheets to all Dematic downstream systems.# **We offer:**Key Responsibilities* ***Receive passthrough file, Quoting Workbook, and Quote Entry Form from SDL**** ***Assess WBS structure and Base-Option relationship, confirm matching file information, verify all needed Maestro/MACS data points are present**** ***Work through any questions with SDL.**** ***Recreate passthrough file if necessary**** ***Create scenarios and papers in Maestro, resolve errors, and apply applicable functional areas and technology.**** ***Add additional data points in MACS (Warranty, Risk, and BTL)**** ***Confirm QVA**** ***Notify SDL and manager to begin review and entry for Salesforce approvals***Skills and Capabilities* Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word* Knowledge of Dematic Products and Maestro* Ability to Work in high pressure, high stress, and dynamic environment* Attention to detail* Problem Identification and Solving* Strong communication skills (Written and Spoken English)Experience Desired* 3-5 years of Data Entry Experience* Excel and Microsoft Word Experience# **Tasks and Qualifications:**TBD
