**CUSTOMER SERVICES (FORD)**Location Irapuato, MexicoFORVIA HELLA is a listed international automotive supplier.As a company of the FORVIA Group, FORVIA HELLA stands for high-performance lighting technology and vehicle electronics and, with the Lifecycle Solutions Business Group, also covers a broad service and product portfolio for the spare parts and workshop business as well as for manufacturers of special vehicles.With currently around 36,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of €8.1 billion in fiscal year ****.**YOUR TASKS****Global Job Title**Logistics Specialist (Sales Scheduling) II**Job No.**LP******Job Objective**Acting as an interface between internal and external customers, and all respective Planning Logistics staff atplant.Responsible to ensure customer requirements are well understood and followed, and to communicate,and negotiate with customers regarding operational objectives and/or constraintsEnsuring one face to the customer, since customer demand is received within plant until final product is deliveredto customer facilitiesImproving delivery service level constantly while optimizing logistics costsSupporting the training of other Sales Planners in performing their daily, weekly and monthly tasks, and supportthem within escalations, system settings and communication to customers.Guarantee correct master data andsystem settings, and trigger constant process improvementsSupporting to ensure corporate guidelines as well as national and international law, regarding processing internaland external customer orders and initiating their deliveries**Duties and Responsibilities****A Sales Scheduling**1 Processing complex external and internal customer orders through the whole process chain, as well asmonitoring Kanban control loops to the customer, or controlling consignment movements2 Supporting to ensure complex customer orders to be delivered to the customer, by setting daily, weeklyand monthly priorities for production planning in cooperation with internal positions impacting theproduction plan.Raising awareness for customer call-off fluctuations and demand de- or increaseseffecting production3 Ensuring customer satisfaction by communicating appropriately about delivery dates, current supplysituation, constraints, complaints, damages, or changes within drawing status4 Clarifying root causes for delivery delays and communication of adapted delivery schedule to customer.Joining customer visits for any operational clarifications5 Clarifying root causes for inventory level differences in cooperation with responsible persons6 Improving planning quality at plant by analyzing slow sellers and bottleneck devices and share informationwith local planning team for optimization measures7 Determining, entering and managing IT-based master data for area of responsibility8 Actively checking customer portals for new logistics requirements, customer performance evaluations andlogístical claims, and trigger necessary actions9 Contributing to achieve planned finished goods stock level for complex running projects, as well ascomplex ramp-ups, phase-outs, relocations, and ECNs.Supporting also long-term demand planning &capacity planning by informing proactively all internal planning positions relevant about customerrequirement changes10 Supporting the determination of minimum or maximum order quantities of incoming parts, forming costeffectivebatch sizes of components and finished goods11 Improving delivery service level constantly, by optimizing logistics costs12 Training other Sales Planners in performing their daily, weekly and monthly tasks, and support them withinescalations, system settings and communication to customers.Guarantee correct master data and systemsettings, and trigger constant process improvements13 Supporting to ensure corporate guidelines as well as national and international law, regarding processinginternal and external customer orders and initiating their deliveries14 Supporting to ensure one face to the customer, from the point the customer demand is received until thefinal product is delivered to customer facilities15 Training of new Sales Planners regarding all daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.Regular training & refreshof knowledge in sales planning team, and granting first level support for any questions16 Maintaining plant & shipping point specific master data17 Monitoring of system settings and master data, as well as customer delivery service levels for continuousimprovements18 Aligning and clarifying new system- and process changes with Regional Logistics, starting of changerequests regarding the need of a system change19 Supporting Regional Logistics in implementation of ESP-Process20 Supporting Sales Planner regarding all tax and export relevant topics**B Project Management / Key User**1 Management and project lead for complex logistics projects fr
