Job Description:This role will be responsible for governing new enterprise capability across the portfolios of MGS Labs, Enterprise R&D Analytics and Corporate Innovation.What are we looking for?Experience in digital R&D Platform architecture in large CPG organisations.This includes senior level stakeholder engagement.Experience in driving digital R&D initiatives across labs, innovation and analytics domains that ensure timely, accurate and trusted digital capabilities for a large, multi-segment company like Mars to support multi-year digital investment programs.Experience in other functional domains will also be considered.Understanding of technology management principles with ideally an understanding of digital R&D platforms.Ability to participate in multiple complex programs across BAU at the same time in an agile environment.Ability to innovate with out-of-the-box thinking to evolve solutions and experiences through technology.What will be your key responsibilities?MGS Labs digital landscape & end-to-end governance of new capability and innovation (45%)Responsible for the DT Enterprise Tech MGS Labs strategy, including alignment between the segment and enterprise on a 3-5 year digital investment roadmap.This will encompass the foundational needs of the function and future tech adoption to meet business needs, ensuring the overall right investment governance for BAU.Responsible for governance and measurement of the successful implementation of business value through ET Value Creation.Overall responsibility for successful execution and delivery of all programs and projects within the portfolio across BAU.Oversee a portfolio of digital (IT) projects and programs across MGS Labs.Make strategic decisions on resource allocation to optimize BAU project delivery and business impact.Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including segment functional leaders, Corporate R&D, GDO and EA.Support the definition of the digital product strategy for the existing landscape in full partnership with MGS Labs senior leads and DT leads.Ensure clear communication of BAU digital strategies, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.Provide guidance and support to senior leads, delivery leads, and project managers to ensure effective BAU project execution.Manage the budget for BAU digital initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.Ent R&D Analytics Pillar Lead (40%)Partner for Corporate R&D Analytics pillar lead, ensuring alignment on strategic roadmap of development and overall delivery of analytics capabilities.Line management of Ent Tech Analytics PM (Contractor) to ensure timely delivery of projects and remove roadblocks in program and project delivery.Co-own the periodic analytics transversal governance forum (to govern all in flight projects) and the periodic advanced analytics forum (to govern all advanced analytics capabilities).Provide DT business partnership to the Corporate R&D Analytics team, specifically ensuring the right DT response required across all aspects of roadmap delivery.Partnership with the Ent Tech Analytics, BDS and EA teams will be a critical part of this role.Overall accountability for Ent R&D analytics investment, ensuring the right financial due diligence and governance is in place.Key player in strategic discussions on future technology use and roadmap of delivering business change through analytics.Corporate Innovation – Senior Lead on strategy and escalation point for digital development (15%)Line management of the Ent Tech Corporate Innovation Delivery Lead.Overall accountability for the Corporate Innovation digital capability roadmap, with responsibility for execution and delivery with the Ent Tech Corporate Innovation Delivery Lead.This includes delivery, supporting financials and stakeholder engagement.Provide guidance and senior lead support on overall direction and approach to meeting the business needs of the agreed roadmap and being an active member of the Corporate Innovation steering meeting, which includes the CI Corporate VP and CI Corporate Senior Lead.Play an active role in defining strategy for the CI digital area, in partnership with the Ent Tech Corporate Innovation Delivery Lead.What can you expect from Mars?Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.Join a purpose driven company, where we're striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.#TBDDT#J-*****-Ljbffr
