Job Description
This position aims to be a partner for improving and enhancing innovation pipeline, brand profitability and control budget advertising, consumer and display.

This job aims to collaborate on influencing the business processes in SnOP Step1 to improve our financial deliveries of innovation, improve our profitability and give insight to take better business decisions.

Financial support for our Marketing and R&D teams in driving profitable growth through financial analysis and business insights. This role plays a key part in evaluating innovation projects, portfolio strategic and enhancing financial reporting tools.

Ensuring optimal budget management across advertising, consumer and display spending.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within CPG, FMCG, or innovation-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, business case development, and portfolio analysis.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Financial analysis of innovation initiatives, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and portfolio development
  • Partner with the Marketing and R&D teams to evaluate the financial viability of innovation projects, offering recommendations to improve product profitability and brand performance
  • Drive standardization and accuracy improvements in financial reporting, including the development of self-service tools to streamline evaluations and improve access to financial data. (PnL Performance and Evaluation by brand / technology with comprehensive costs and trade)
  • Empower Marketing and R&D teams with finance acumen and tools that enable better business decision-making.
  • Partner with Supply Finance together with R&D building standard costs per ton and assumptions into P&Ls for innovation
  • Partner with SRM and Sales Finance to drive portfolio mix as per business strategy, creating one single source of trade promotion evaluation.
  • Monitor, control, and manage advertising, consumer, and display spending, ensuring alignment with financial targets and ROI expectations.
