Location: Escobedo, Nuevo León, MexicoJob OverviewAt CORE Molding Technologies, we are looking for a Business Unit Manager responsible for leading production programs, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement through strong leadership and teamwork.ResponsibilitiesEnsure production goals are achieved on time and with the required quality.Manage human and material resources effectively.Lead daily production walks, review compliance, and implement catch-up plans.Guarantee cost control and profitability of the business unit.Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives and ensure KPI compliance (productivity, scrap, attainment, inventory, etc.).Collaborate with cross-functional departments and support the implementation of company policies and goals.Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and ISO requirements.Supervise, motivate, and develop the team while identifying training needs.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.Bilingual (English-Spanish).Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and cost analysis.Key CompetenciesLeadership and team development.Continuous improvement mindset.Flexibility and adaptation to change.Discipline and customer focus.Excellent decision-making and communication skills.ContactRecruiters: We do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party agencies.#J-*****-Ljbffr
