About the client: We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand operating in the social commerce space, focused on building scalable revenue through TikTok Shop and live selling. This role is ideal for someone who takes full ownership of execution and thrives in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment. You are highly accountable, comfortable working independently, and confident navigating platform changes without constant direction. You approach growth through disciplined execution, attention to detail, and continuous optimization. Success in this role comes from combining hands‑on operational control with a strong bias toward results in live and social commerce. Core Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate listings, smooth workflows, and consistent execution. Plan, execute, and support live selling initiatives to drive engagement and sales performance. Operate TikTok Shop Lives with a focus on conversion, pacing, and operational accuracy. Track performance inside the platform and make execution-level adjustments to improve outcomes. Qualifications Proven experience working as a TikTok Shop Manager. Hands‑on experience managing TikTok Shop operations end to end. Demonstrated experience with live selling workflows. Direct experience running TikTok Shop Lives.
