As a Marketing Analyst at Reckitt, you’ll dive into the heart of online consumer behaviour, using data as your guide to enhance our digital footprint. You’ll be the architect of insights that shape strategies driving online sales growth. This role is your platform to influence e‑commerce performance and make an impact in a vibrant and fast‑paced setting where your skills lead the way in our digital evolution. Responsibilities Analyse e‑commerce data, interpret market trends, and spot opportunities for performance refinement and expansion. Craft and deliver insightful reports, converting data into stories that inform strategic decisions. Form collaborative partnerships to craft and launch impactful digital marketing strategies. Monitor online campaign outcomes, analysing metrics to fine‑tune our e‑commerce approach. Contribute to the creation and enhancement of product content for digital platforms. Undertake competitive analysis to stay abreast of market shifts and propel our practices forward. Qualifications Robust analytical acumen, experienced in data analysis and capable of translating numbers into narratives. Well‑versed in e‑commerce ecosystems, with a strong grasp of digital marketing tools and analytics software. Exceptional communicator, adept at cross‑functional teamwork and influencing decision‑making. Organised, with a track record in juggling multiple projects while sticking to tight deadlines. Detail‑oriented and proactive, with an enthusiastic zest for e‑commerce and digital marketing innovation.
