This position ensures TC Energy has the workforce it needs to execute its business strategy by supporting the short term and long term staffing needs for the business.This position will work collaboratively with colleagues across North America to ensure effective programs and practices are in place to address talent acquisition needs in our various lines of business.- Develop relationships and collaborate with business leaders to address staffing needs across the organization and create specific strategies to fulfill talent acquisition needs;- Coach leaders on the TC Energy recruitment process and effective interviewing techniques;- Partner with Hiring Leaders to ensure the full recruitment cycle is completed in alignment with TC Energy guidelines.This will include creation of advertisements, pre-screening and interviewing, negotiating the offer and ensuring appropriate documentation is maintained;- Develop relationships with and actively participate in industry and professional associations that will expand the company ´s recruiting and networking capabilities;- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies for talent acquisition needs in difficult to recruit locations and for professional or technical disciplines in high demand;Collaborate on other projects as requires with the Talent Acquisition team and other areas of Human Resources to plan and deliver effective services.Other human resources tasks as required.About our businessTC Energy is a leading energy infrastructure company in North America.We have three complementary businesses of natural gas pipelines, liquids (oil) pipelines, and power generation.Our operations span three countries, seven Canadian provinces, and 34 U.S. states.- TC Energy is an equal opportunity employer._Learn moreThank you for choosing TC Energy in your career search.- Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country in which the position is based with no restrictions.- All positions require background screening.Some require criminal and/or credit checks to comply with regulations.
