Join to apply for the Enterprise Customer Success Manager role at CanonicalCanonical is a leading provider of open source software and operating systems to the global enterprise and technology markets.Our platform, Ubuntu, is widely used in initiatives such as public cloud, data science, AI, engineering innovation, and IoT.Our customers include top public cloud and silicon providers, as well as industry leaders across sectors.The company is founder-led, profitable, and growing, with a distributed team of over **** colleagues in more than 75 countries, rarely based in offices.Teams meet a few times a year in various global locations to align on strategy and execution.We are hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Canonical.Customer success is a strategic new department aimed at reducing risk and churn, facilitating product adoption, and supporting expansion within existing accounts.CSMs build trust with customers, understand their objectives, and align expectations to suggest additional services or products, increasing loyalty and collaboration.Our growing Customer Success team focuses on engaging thoughtfully across our product portfolio, from Ubuntu to open-source infrastructure and applications.CSMs are specialized in one of the following segments:Mass - SMEs or large businesses starting their journey with CanonicalFocus - Large companies with established ARRStep Growth - High-potential customersAll CSMs support business at the company level for unassigned customers, including our Store customers.Location: This role is remote.What your day will look likeOnboard new customers and introduce products like Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, Openstack, Ceph, Kubernetes, data applications, and more.Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision makers.Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to develop engagement plans.Manage a customer portfolio by identifying growth opportunities and renewal risks.Conduct weekly customer and business reviews with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers.Advocate for customers internally and influence product roadmaps and documentation.Support customers through reactive ticket requests.Create digital campaigns targeting multiple customers.What we are looking for in youMinimum 5 years of IT-related experience, with exposure to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration, or IoT.Excellent presentation skills for discussing complex software.Experience in building and improving internal processes.Strong team player capable of interacting across departments and levels.Knowledge of agile methodologies.Proficiency in English, with additional languages like Spanish and Portuguese a plus.Additional skills that you might also bringExperience with Salesforce, Jira, and CRMs.What we offer colleaguesDistributed work environment with biannual in-person team sprints.USD 2,000 annual learning and development budget.Annual compensation reviews and performance bonuses.Additional benefits including holidays, parental leave, wellness programs, travel opportunities, and more.About CanonicalCanonical pioneers in open source, publishing Ubuntu, a key platform for AI, IoT, and cloud.We hire globally, uphold high standards, and encourage excellence.Most employees work remotely, fostering a flexible, innovative environment.Canonical is an equal opportunity employer.We value diversity and are committed to fair hiring practices regardless of background or identity.Job DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeIndustry: Software DevelopmentReferrals can double your chances of interview success.Salary range: $100,000 - $185,000 depending on location and experience.#J-*****-Ljbffr
