Buscamos talento apasionada por el e-commerce y las tendencias digitales, con experiência en **TikTok Shop** y contacto con influencies.Será responsable de administrar el catálogo, seguimiento a estrategias de venta, coordinar colaboraciones y asegurar el crecimiento de las ventas en línea y publicación de contenido a través de influencer.**Responsabilidades**- Administración **TikTok Shop**: carga de productos, inventarios, promociones y análisis de resultados, gestión de pedidos, impresión de etiquetas, reembolsos, seguimiento a comentarios de clientes, etc.- Contacto y negociación con **influencers y creadores de contenido** para impulsar ventas, colaboraciones, seguimiento a la publicación de videos, etc.- Seguimiento de estrategias digitales (videos, contenido en tendencia).- Monitoreo de métricas clave de rendimiento en TikTok Shop (conversiones, CTR, ROI, ventas).- Apoyo en la gestión de otras plataformas de e-commerce.- Coordinación con el equipo de marketing para campañas digitales y lanzamientos de producto.**Requisitos**- Experiência comprobable en **TikTok Shop o plataformas similares**.- Conocimiento en contacto y gestión de **influencers.**.- Deseable experiência en otras plataformas de e-commerce.- Manejo de métricas y análisis de campañas digitales.- Creatividad, iniciativa y orientación a resultados.**Competencias**- Negociación y comunicación efectiva.- Organización y gestión de proyectos.- Capacidad de análisis de datos.- Innovación y adaptabilidad a tendencias digitales.**Condiciones laborales**- **Sueldo**: $15,000 netos mensuales.- **Prestaciones de ley**.- **Horario**: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm, sábado de 9:00 am a 5:00 pm.- Col.Transito.CuauhtémocTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,****** al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
