Assist in executing offline merchant recruitment campaigns in key commercial areas.2. Conduct face-to-face visits to local businesses, explaining TikTok Shop’s model, benefits, and onboarding process.3. Support merchant registration, documentation, and account setup.4. Collect and organize merchant feedback and report market trends.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve local seller acquisition strategies.**Qualifications**:Minimum Qualifications2. University student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.4. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.5. Comfortable with field work and interacting with diverse types of merchants.6.
