Marketing & Business Development AssociateMiguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico 2 weeks agoAbout CLF Enterprise Mexico:CLF Enterprise specializes in government contracting, offering consulting services to both the public and private sectors.Working closely with government agencies, municipalities, and private entities, CLF ensures legally sound and efficient project execution.CLF's clients include counties, municipalities, drainage districts, and school systems.Combining deep technical knowledge with community-focused strategies, the firm provides guidance where legal, government, and strategic compliance intersect, empowering clients to move projects forward with clarity, accountability, and confidence.Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Business Development Associate to strengthen CLF's presence in the U.S. federal and Texas state contracting ecosystem.The ideal candidate will position CLF among other government contractors and agency procurement teams through digital channels and professional events, support our BD & Procurement Manager in mapping partners and opportunities, and help maintain visibility across relevant networks and databases.This role sits at the intersection of B2B marketing, business development, and ecosystem-building, ideal for someone who enjoys positioning a firm, crafting outreach strategies, and connecting with key players in a specialized industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital marketing and positioning strategies (mainly on LinkedIn and sector-specific platforms) to enhance CLF's visibility among U.S. contractors and government buyers.Coordinate and ideate content and campaigns (posts, updates, newsletters, event-related communications) aligned with CLF's brand and positioning in the federal and state contracting ecosystem.Support the BD Manager in identifying and mapping potential teaming partners and subcontractors using industry databases and federal procurement tools (e.G., SAM.Gov, FPDS, USASpending).Assist in tracking upcoming contract opportunities and organizing key information so the team can determine when and how CLF should engage.Help prepare capability statements, one-pagers, and tailored materials to support outreach and teaming discussions.Ecosystem & relationship management:Maintain and update the CRM system to manage relationships, track interactions, and coordinate outreach with clients, partners, and agencies.Prepare briefing notes and summaries on market trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities to inform BD strategy.Support CLF's participation in conferences, trade events, and networking sessions related to U.S. federal contracting, occasionally representing the firm and ensuring structured follow-up with new contacts.Internal collaboration:Work closely with the BD Manager and leadership in Mexico and the U.S. to align messaging, priorities, and outreach strategies.Contribute ideas to continuously improve how CLF presents itself to the market and how we systematize our BD and marketing efforts.What we look for:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Public Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or government contracting environments.Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing, CRM tools, and digital outreach strategies.Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate new tools and platforms.Familiarity with federal procurement databases (SAM.Gov, FPDS, USASpending) is a plus, but training will be provided.Professional-level English (spoken and written).Self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and deliver under clear objectives.Comfort working in a dynamic, growing environment where processes and playbooks are still being refined.What we offer:Impactful work, hands-on learning, and growth within a high-performance team building our Mexico practice.Competitive salary ($2,000–$2,500 USD monthly), assigned based on background and experience.Health Insurance Plan provided.Why CLF Enterprise:Join a growing team that operates at the intersection of government and business.You'll play a strategic role in expanding CLF's visibility and partnerships in one of the most dynamic contracting ecosystems in the world, while working side-by-side with a team that values initiative, rigor, and long-term relationship-building.#J-*****-Ljbffr
