Join KECH Development, an international real estate development company headquartered in New York City.We are looking for a skilled and motivated business development specialist to join our team.In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and implementing marketing strategies to promote our projects.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales for our projects.- Identify potential clients and establish relationships through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.- Conduct market research to identify target demographics and develop tailored marketing campaigns.- Create persuasive sales presentations and marketing collaterals to showcase our projects to potential clients.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project information and create compelling marketing content.- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify business opportunities.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively convey information to clients.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional departments.- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue.- Familiarity with market research methods and the ability to analyze data and trends.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling contracts, proposals, and other sales-related documents.- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for sales and marketing in the real estate industry.**Location: Polanco, Mexico City (No remote work or applicants)**To apply, please submit your resume in English along with any additional information you deem important for us to know.**Salary**: $18,****** - $260,****** per monthWork Location: In person
