Job DescriptionThe Accounts Receivable Processor is responsible for handling customer invoicing, payment applications, and collection tracking.This role ensures accurate financial records and supports cash flow management by processing payments efficiently and resolving discrepancies.ObjectiveTo ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing, payment processing, and collections tracking, supporting financial reporting and smooth cash flow operations.Activities (Responsibilities & Functions)Invoice & Payment ProcessingAccurately generate and send customer invoices, ensuring proper documentation.Process customer payments via bank transfers, checks, and credit cards.Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.Customer & Relationship ManagementCommunicate with customers to follow up on overdue invoices and payments.Work with the sales team to verify pricing, discounts, and contract terms to resolve payment differences.Compliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with AR policies, tax laws, and reporting standards.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and payment statuses.Reporting & SupportAssist in month-end closing and financial reporting by preparing aging reports.Support automation initiatives to streamline AR processes.Job SkillsCommunication: Clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.Ethical Standards: Adherence to ethical and professional standards in financial and payroll activities.Customer Service Orientation: Provide excellent customer service when dealing with external clients.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting to ensure compliance and avoid errors.RequirementsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.2+ years of experience in accounts receivable.Proficient English skills (B2 or above).Proficient SAP accounting systems experience required.Knowledge of invoice-related tax, e-payment, and credit / debit note processing.Experience using customers' portals.Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level).Provide data and analyses to finance leadership to support cash flow planning.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Experience working in automotive industry and manufacturing companies.#J-*****-Ljbffr
