Company OverviewWith over 20 years of experience, HMD Trucking Inc is one of the fastest-growing trucking companies in the Chicagoland area utilizing over 500 power units and 900 trailers.The company's aggressive sales approach and the quality of service are the basis for our strong reputation as a valuable leader in the industry.Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for creating driver settlements, resolving accounts receivable related issues, answering drivers' questions and concerns.The Accounts Receivables Specialist will collect accurate data, create settlements, communicate with employees and keep track of missing paperwork, bonuses, deductions, etc.This role will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships to ensure excellent customer service.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork on aging reports (calling/emailing customers)Analyze receivables and problem-solveCheck invoice status for the billing processesCoordinate with the supervisor in a timely manner with any issuesCall drivers for missing paperworkKnowledge and Skills RequiredMultitasking, proactiveness, and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal skills in EnglishDegree in Accounting/Finance is a big plusFamiliarity with basic accounting principles and proceduresExperience in invoicing & billingsSolid data entry skills (speed and accuracy)Intermediate MS Excel skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced office settingOrganization, accuracy, and attention to detailWhat We OfferPaid Time Off (PTO)Full private health insuranceFun and energetic work environmentUS-based companyComfortable new office in PueblaWorking HoursMonday to Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST)SalaryPer month.Ability to commute/relocate.San Andrés Cholula Pue.LocationOn site.Work location: On site.Experience: 1 year (preferred).Language: English (must).Required experience: Manager.Employment type: Full-time.Department: Accounting.#J-*****-Ljbffr
