OverviewWe are seeking aSpanish BilingualProperty Operations Managerto support large-scale multifamily properties with resident relations, lease management, and operational efficiency.This part-time remote role focuses on improving resident satisfaction, streamlining lease processes, and assisting with day-to-day property operations, with potential to grow into a full-time position.Job HighlightsNumber of Paid Hours Per Week:20+ hours (potential to scale to full-time)Schedule:Flexible; aligns with US businesshours (Phoenix, AZ)Work Arrangement:Work from homeContract:Independent ContractorSide Note:Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of anIndependent Contractor, the selected candidate must have their own computer and internet connection.They will handle their own benefits and taxes.The professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on performance in the application process.ScopeStarts at 20 hours per week with potential for expansion.Remote work arrangement with close collaboration with on-site management.Focus on resident relations and operational efficiency.Opportunity to grow into higher-level property management responsibilities.Support for a community-building vision that includes resident engagement programs.ResponsibilitiesOversee lease management and renewals for large-scale multifamily properties (194+ units).Manage resident communication and handle tenant concerns with empathy and professionalism.Educate residents on transitioning to virtual processes including online rent payments and DocuSign lease renewals.Coordinate lease management processes and ensure proper documentation.Handle resident screening processes and applications.Track and analyze resident satisfaction and address complaints promptly.Support the transition from paper-based to automated systems using Rent Manager software.Assist with day-to-day property operations and administrative duties.Communicate with residents about community initiatives and building a stronger resident community.RequirementsExperience with large-scale multifamily property management (100+ units preferred).Bilingual Spanish/English communication skillsUnderstanding of Class C properties and working with blue-collar, budget-conscious residents.Familiarity with property management software, particularly Rent Manager.Experience with virtual lease processes and digital documentation (DocuSign, etc.).Strong communication and customer service skills with empathy for residents facing financial challenges.Reliable, punctual, and committed to honoring work agreements.Ability to work 20+ hours per week in a remote capacity.ReminderApply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWorks Career Site.You must apply using the link to complete the initial requirements, which includes pre-screening assessment questions, technical check of your computer, and voice recording.Applications with complete requirements will be prioritized.Independent Contractor Perks:Permanent work-from-homeImmediate hiringSteady freelance jobZR_*****_JOB
