Spanish Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal - Property Damage SpecialistJoin to apply for the Spanish Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal - Property Damage Specialist role at BruntWork.Schedule and CompensationMonday to Friday 9am-6pm Georgia time with 1 hour unpaid lunch breakRate: Up to USD5 per hour approximately USD808 per month (paid in local currency)Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Personal Injury & Property Damage Specialist to support our legal team in managing cases involving motor vehicle accidents, property damage claims, and related personal injury matters.The ideal candidate will handle client communication, documentation, follow-up, and case coordination while ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of personal injury processes—especially property damage claims.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and manage property damage claims, including repair estimates, total loss evaluations, rental arrangements, and communication with insurance adjustersAssist with personal injury cases, including gathering medical records, police reports, and other supporting documentsAct as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and guiding them through the property damage and personal injury claim processPrepare and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and filed properlyFollow up with insurance companies, medical providers, and repair shops to ensure timely resolution of claimsTrack deadlines, maintain case calendars, and ensure compliance with required timelinesConduct initial screenings to gather facts and evaluate claim detailsDraft correspondence, summaries, and reports as needed by the legal teamAssist attorneys during case preparation and settlement negotiationsMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalismRequirementsMinimum 1-2 years of experience in personal injury law, with strong property damage experience requiredIn-depth understanding of property damage workflows, insurance claim processes, and negotiation with adjustersFamiliarity with personal injury litigation processes is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and accuracy in documentationAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProficiency in using case management software and standard office applicationsStrong client service orientation and ability to work with individuals experiencing stressful situationsAbility to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environmentHMO Coverage for eligible locationsPermanent work from homeApplication InstructionsApply directly through the link provided to BruntWork's Career Site.Complete pre-screening assessment questions, a technical check of your computer, and a voice recording.Applications that meet all requirements will be prioritized.Employment typeContractSeniority levelEntry levelJob functionLegalLocationBogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia#J-*****-Ljbffr
