Assistant Project Manager Caribbean Hotel Development

*Activities might change accordingly.The Assistant Project Manager will take responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high quality standard and assist on a wide range of projects of all sizes and dimensions.Handles commissions of varying sizes depending upon the complexity of the project. Can work as part of a larger team or as the key day-to-day contact point with the client.Help to establish the overall success criteria for the project including time cost technical and performance parameter project governance project planning processes and systems to be utilized throughout project.Candidates should preferably have experience in the Corporate Interior sector with knowledge of all aspects of a project as Civil-Structural Electro-Mechanical Engineering areas.Qualifications :Education/Experience:Bachelors Degree in Engineering Architecture or relatedA minimum of 3 years experienceworking in similar roles.Ability to develop report project follow ups.Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications.Experienced in the following software packages: (Microsoft Project Excel Word and PowerPoint).Fluent in Spanish and English.Skills and QualificationsMonitor and control the project by:Applying performance management techniques.Managing the change control process.Advise upon project finances.Read and understand documents defining project including but not limited to: agreements work letters project charters surveys budgets schedules and drawingsPrepare project status reports process purchase orders update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financialsProficiency in managing multiple timelines and projects simultaneously setting priorities and working with little or no direct supervisionManage project correspondence (Meetings Reports Memos Emails etc.) to facilitate maintain and track.Additional Information :Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
