You will plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes — on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, proactive risk management, and strong project governance. WHAT WILL YOU DO Project Planning & Execution Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for small to mid-scale projects Coordinate and track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion Collaborate with senior project managers or clients to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Facilitate meetings, provide progress updates, and ensure clear, consistent communication across teams Build strong relationships with stakeholders by setting expectations and managing feedback effectively. Risk & Issue Management Identify potential risks or issues and develop proactive mitigation and contingency plans Escalate critical challenges to leadership when necessary and contribute to root-cause analyses. Quality & Process Management Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and project requirements Support process improvement initiatives and promote the consistent application of project management best practices. Reporting & Documentation Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including plans, meeting notes, and post-project reviews Prepare regular project status reports outlining progress, blockers, and key metrics. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive project success Contribute to team learnings and the evolution of project delivery frameworks Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance project management skills Seek guidance from senior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field 4-5 years of experience managing or coordinating projects, preferably in a client-facing or service delivery environment Solid understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning #J-18808-Ljbffr
