Dealership Performance 360 CRM is growing fast With growth comes the need for superior leadership and vision. We are looking for a Retention Specialist to provide accurate, clear, and concise info to our customers, resulting in better expectations and understanding of the work, leading to higher customer satisfaction and retention. Your #1 job will be to save customers who request to cancel services. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Speak to customers requesting to cancel services and SAVE them Speak to dissatisfied customers and HELP them Inbound and outbound phone calls Must be able to articulate the value of products Ability to find the right fit for a customer with a product that fits their needs Deliver extraordinary service on outbound calls in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment Consult customers to understand their needs and tailor unique solutions for each customer, reinforcing benefits of using our service. Continuously improve on key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, and handling objections Provide clear and concise information Update customer account information as needed Use provided tools and resources to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs Meet or exceed all performance metrics Sales experience is a big plus but not required.
