Assists with analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems, operational changes, or process improvements.**Minimum Qualifications**:- Great communication and presentation skills, with ability to organize and present technical material in a way that is easy to understand by non-technical audience.- Process and detail oriented- Driven and self-motivated- Great writing and documentation skills- Knowledge on NetSuite platform components such as SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilders etc.- Data analysis and visualization using SQL, SuiteAnalytics building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.- A minimum of 6 years' experience in business analysis or a related field.- Bonus points for experience implementing CRM, ERP, or any other IT solution.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong organizational skills: task prioritization, effective time management, meeting facilitation, stakeholder analysis, and risk identification and mitigation.- Ability to proactively contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.- Passion for and ability to understand customer needs.- Ability to lead and work with globally distributed teams.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or any related field.- English is requiredCareer Level - IC3**Responsibilities**:- Come up with proposal for process improvements, data clean up, and designs for new solutions based on best practices and industry standards.- NetSuite familiarity or experience is a plus.- Work with the customer and be capable of understanding how the product works, and get high-level knowledge on how it was built (what technology was used ie: saved search, 3rd integration, in-house automation)- Educate and collaborate with the internal departments/stakeholders.- Streamline technological processes to make them more efficient.- Train and mentor peers on existing technologies and solutions- Analyze customer's pain points and bridge the gap between the customers and the development team.- Evaluating business processes, as well as anticipating, and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.- Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.- Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.- Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.- Performing requirements analysis for approved initiatives.- Managing projects, developing project plans, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of projects and oversee implementation.- Conducting meetings, presentations, and ongoing reviews of projects updates.- Facilitating a shared understanding of the problem, the possible solutions, and the scope of the project.- Managing the backlog and prioritizing requests by making smart decisions using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.
