Senior RevOps Engineer (Especialista en HubSpot)Ubicación: RemotoTipo de empleo: Tiempo completoIngles: B2+ A C1.Sobre el rol:Estamos buscando un Senior RevOps Engineer para liderar y optimizar nuestro ecosistema HubSpot y el stack tecnológico GTM. Este no es un rol administrativo estándar: es una posición híbrida que combina arquitectura estratégica y ejecución técnica. Tendrás autonomía para diseñar, implementar y gestionar integraciones, workflows y operaciones de marketing.Responsabilidades clave:Ser el administrador principal de HubSpot Marketing Hub, Operations Hub y Sales Hub.Diseñar el stack GTM, modelos de atribución y traducir objetivos de negocio en planos técnicos.Construir, gestionar y optimizar workflows, integraciones y automatizaciones en HubSpot.Liderar pruebas A/B y optimización de campañas.Establecer y aplicar gobernanza UTM.Proporcionar insights accionables sobre inversión y rendimiento en marketing.Gestionar integraciones con Zendesk (principal), NetSuite y otras herramientas GTM.Implementar y mantener HubSpot CPQ y EcommerceHub.Actuar como "Developer-Lite" creando soluciones técnicas con APIs, Webhooks y scripts personalizados.Garantizar continuidad de datos e integridad en reportes.Requisitos:Experiencia: 3–5+ años en roles técnicos de RevOps.Dominio avanzado: HubSpot Marketing Hub (indispensable), Operations Hub y Sales Hub.Habilidades técnicas: APIs, Webhooks, workflows personalizados, administración de HubSpot.Integraciones: Zendesk (obligatorio), NetSuite y middleware (Celigo, Workato o similar).Experiencia obligatoria: EcommerceHub para proyectos próximos.Capacidad para diseñar modelos de atribución y aportar insights de marketing.¿Por qué unirte a nosotros?Lidera y gestiona el ecosistema HubSpot con autonomía.Participa en proyectos estratégicos con impacto real.Colabora con un equipo dinámico que impulsa crecimiento e innovación.
