Enhance IT, is a global IT Services company based in Atlanta, Georgia.Our team is comprised of a global group of dedicated individuals striving to make a difference with everything we do.We are coaches, teachers, mentors, and advisors.We are a family of super-charged problem solvers laying a foundation for growth and development across the globe.Our mission is to help individuals and businesses find, build, and grow their next big dream.We are change agents making a difference, and we do it by starting at the beginning to uncover what really matters to turn opportunities into tangible results.It is always a team effort endeavoring to build careers and provide value.**Have you ever thought about pursuing your career in the United States?**This a W2 **on-site full-time** position with **benefits** such as medical, dental, visual, life insurance, 401K and PTO.Location: Atlanta, GA, USASchedule: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm ET.**Systems Administrator Specialist****Responsibilities**:- Managing US and UK inventory by preparing laptops and MacBook Pros for all new hires- Maintaining accurate count of inventory, auditing as needed, and future planning based on trends and growth.- Resolving break/fix issues and replacing broken computers for all of the internal employees and field employees (in training and marketing).- Upkeep and maintenance of internal Cisco networking equipment and WAN/Wireless network (connectivity, device connectivity, licensing)- Manage licensing of domain infrastructure ( O365, Wickr, Rackspace) and continuously audit access and spend.- Documentation of infrastructure and systems, operational guides and layout.- Access management to systems and services (user onboarding/offboarding), systems permissions data requests, and data backups.**Skills**- Experience managing and maintaining assets and procurement processes.- This person will be providing L1/L2 support and white glove service.- Experience with Windows 10/iPhone/Android/Mac OS devices- Ability to handle competing tasks and prioritize according to impact and risk.- Understanding of IT standards and practices (IITL)- Hands on experience troubleshooting devices, systems (both hardware and software)- Ability to think critically, problem solve, and be solutions oriented.- Excellent communications skills in English (90% at least) and the ability to relate complex ideas into actionable items.- Attentive to detail, while maintaining a view of the large scope.Experience with Cisco Meraki, Windows Server, and networking is a plus.**Qualifications**:- 5+ Years of professional experience in the field- Bachelor's Degree in the Computer Science or related field- Must be a Mexican citizen for visa purposes- Able to work in Atlanta, Georgia.Pay: From $80,****** per monthApplication Question(s):- Out of 100%, what is your level of English?- Will you be able to relocate to Atlanta, GA, USA for this job?- What are your salary expectations?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Information Technology: 5 years (preferred)
