The Senior Systems Administrator will be responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting computer systems. This role will be responsible for performing daily system monitoring as well as verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware.**What do you need to come aboard?**- Hands-on experience with **Linux and/or Windows **is a must.- ** VMWare experience **is a must- Experience with** F5 **(load balancer, firewalls, etc.)- Be open to go to the office on a hybrid environments- Hands-on experience with Active Directory- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols; understanding, analyzing, and troubleshooting.- Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems.- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in computer science, math, or engineering.- 5+ years’ Systems Administration.- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows OS administration, configuration, and installation to include Windows 7, 8, and 10 in an enterprise environment- Networking experience- Highly self-motivated and directed- Analytical and troubleshooting skills- Superior Listening skills- Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required- Ability to absorb and retain information quickly- Ability to present technical ideas in user-friendly language**Preferred skills**:- A+ Certification- Network+ Certification- ITIL v3 Foundation- HDI Certifications- Experience with IBM DataPower**To Rock This Role, You Should**- Respond to escalated end-user problems in a timely manner relating to hardware, software, and peripherals to provide long-term, enterprise-wide, solutions- Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems- Work on projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and the customer.- ._**What can we offer you?**- Law benefits- Certifications- Internal & External Courses- English Classes- Medical Insurance (Personal and Familiar)- Life Insurance- Savings Fund- Pantry Vouchers- Additional HolidaysD8sMlBpdqv
