Creating Peace of Mind by Pioneering Safety and SecurityAt Allegion, we help keep the people you know and love safe and secure where they live, work and visit.With more than 30 brands, 11,000+ employees globally and products sold in 130 countries, we specialize in security around the doorway and beyond.Trabajar junto con el personal de liderazgo de planta en el desarrollo de las habilidades del personal en lo que respecta al uso de herramientas básicas Lean, Six Sigma para la mejora de procesos para conducir las ventajas competitivas.(BPS Training)(Lean 101 Training).Coordinar las actividades de las planta para eliminar obstáculos en la implementación y lograr mejorar los métricos del plan de transformación del value stream.(MCR)Implementar el proceso de (MDI), facilitar la definición de métricos del mismo y proveer coaching durante los MDI walks identificado desperdicios, y áreas de oportunidad.Proveer coaching a lideres de eventos de mejora y facilitadores con el fin de mejorar la ejecución de proyectos de mejora en tiempo y forma.(MCR), revisar el apego a pre trabajo y pos trabajo de eventos de mejora.Revisar los entregables de cada evento de mejora incluyendo productividad (ahorros) de acuerdo a plan resultante del proceso de transformaciónAdministración de recursos del value stream (cumplir con el % de recursos full time recursos de tiempo completo Opex).Identificar oportunidades de desarrollo eventos de mejora que ayuden al personal a desarrollar habilidades y cumplir con las actividades de desarrollo de los recursos de Opex.Apoyar los cambios a los procesos/sistemas requeridos para cumplir con las iniciativas de Lean/OpexFacilitar el desarrollo de planes estratégicos en cada planta, con el fin de integrar procesos lean en la estrategia de cada planta.Asegura el cumplimiento dentro del value stream de los procesos estándares y herramientas, ayuda al equipo del value stream en el desarrollo y seguimiento de trabajo estándar de líder, y ayuda a desarrollar una cultura de disciplina alrededor de los trabajos estándar de los procesos.Proveer el soporte para lograr las metas de EHS.Trabajar de manera segura.We Celebrate Who We Arecontact our Talent Acquisition Team.© Allegion plc, **** | Block D, Iveagh Court, Harcourt Road, Dublin 2, Co.
