Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Operations Specialist to join our team.This role will involve coordinating the efficient execution of inventory acquisition and fulfillment processes.- Leverage proprietary technology to purchase inventory in real-time with precision- Perform routine checks to verify accuracy, condition, and categorization of acquired inventory- Ensure prompt processing and cataloging of inventory to meet tight operational deadlinesKey ResponsibilitiesThe Inventory Operations Specialist will be responsible for:- Overseeing end-to-end order fulfillment from receiving acquisition tickets to ensuring accurate and timely delivery- Coordinating with remote teams and external partners to resolve fulfillment issues and maintain smooth operations- Utilizing inventory management tools and software to streamline fulfillment processes and maintain data accuracyRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field- 0-3 years of experience in fast-paced environment, preferably in fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management- Experience with remote team coordinationPreferred QualificationsWhile not required, we welcome applicants with experience in inventory management or e-commerce fulfillment systems, as well as familiarity with gaming-related products or platforms.Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time position working Monday - Friday (Day shift, with occasional evening shifts as needed) in Puebla, México.
