Financial Operations SpecialistThe Financial Operations Specialist oversees the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with cross-functional departments.Key Responsibilities:Record and process financial transactions in accordance with established accounting standards.Perform and review thorough bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded in the financial system.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure the completeness of bank reconciliations.Review and ensure accuracy of credit card transactions, maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Manage and update prepaid accounts schedules, preparing and posting related journal entries in the financial system.Resolve account discrepancies and support the month-end and year-end closing processes.Maintain organized and accurate financial records for audits and compliance purposes.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and coding of expenses.Assist in process improvement initiatives within the financial department.
