Qualifications we are looking for : Hands on experience in Informatica. Good communication skills in English. Familiar with ETL concepts and prepare data validations. Monitor the event alerts and notify to the concerned team and process the requests from the end users to level 2 and level 3 support engineers. Monitor the availability of the Database events like DB availability, Instance availability and the space availability of disk drives and file systems. Knowledge of any monitoring tools is preferable. Role Responsibilities : Learn, understand and use standard operating procedures (SOP) and tools to effectively manage. Accurately and concisely document production support issues for subsequent root cause analysis (RCA), operational & management analysis, and reporting. Work with internal team to understand existing data landscape, ETL process Monitor the flow of ETL loading and update stakeholders on the completion status or failure. Ability to accurately gather, analyze and interpret data, identify, define problems, and make recommendations for resolution. Experience in troubleshooting and managing technical escalations immaterial of the criticality. Liaison with Technical team for issues identified during ETL load and follow up on the same for a fix. Ability to communicate effectively with team and other internal stakeholders. We look for engineers that demonstrate passion for what they do and develop.
