**TECHNICAL LEADER**Experienced in ELECTRONIC MANUFACTURINGEngineeringKnowledge of Microsoft office, MinitabINDISPENSABLEStatistics, SMT and welding process, ppap, quality tools, industry knowledge of preferred medical or automotive standards, IPC standard class I, II and III, ISO *****, QSR FDA 21 CFR part 820, project management.Experience requiredAt last 8 years as experience within electronic industry as technical leader, SME, NPI engineer sr project leader o similar- Focal point on technical stuff to the Customer: Develop, Keep & control of process.- Effective monitoring and control systems for process performance and product quality.- Works closely with customer and CFT on development and manufacturing processes.- Lead process design, process qualification & continued process verification.- Analysis capacity and planning to accomplish customer requirements on time.- Technical analysis focusing on increasing operational efficiency/takt time/cycle time/FPY/Pinch Points.- Lean process development/product flow and movements.Quality and Process improvements.- ECO integration and follow up.Identification of root cause of manufacturing process and product nonconformities.- Lead and assure documentation are adequate, provided and people fully trained.- Maintain W.I. up to date.- Assure the collection & analysis of product and process data to evaluate the state of control of the process.- Well understanding of process validation requirements.- Verify systems & equipment are built and installed in compliance with the specifications.We offerDirect hireBase SalaryHigher law benefits
