Failure Analysis Engineer 1
**Education**:
Electronic Engineering, Mecatronics or related field
English 85%
Electronics processes, Radio Frequency, **Optical Networks** and quality knowledge.
Experience in Electronic repair processes, telecommunications projects.
Basic understanding of English to read and understand the technical documentation provided and participate in conferences. (English 70% as minimum). Balance and capacity analysis, Knowledge in optical fibers, solderability process, medium or high level of excel or google sheet, necessary knowledge in handling of measuring equipment, (Multimeter, Oscilloscope, LCR, Spectrum Analyzer), fault definition method.
- Leader, proactive, work under pressure, team work, high level of analysis, schedule availability.
- Project leader, participate on NPI, capacity analysis, supervisor of technicians, participate on CIT´s meeting, participate on improvement projects (Kaizen, 6sigma), contact to the customer for technical issues, critical debug of high aging units, debug of highly complex products or critics for their low yield, daily internal communication to the work groups, generation of FAR for case documentation, support for diagnostic technicians.
