In 2023, Kueski was recognized as the top BNPL platform by Fintech Breakthrough and earned the title of one of Mexico's most ethical companies from AMITAI.PositionKueski is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive complex, technically robust product initiatives in close partnership with engineering and design. You’ll help shape strategy, define roadmaps, and lead agile execution, ensuring that solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Planning & ExecutionDevelop Epics and User Stories for implementing initiatives.Understand the intent behind the new product or product release.Ensure the backlog for upcoming sprints is up to date.Drive this alignment across teams & stakeholders.Establish and drive a consistent shipping cadence.Quality & Delivery CadenceEnsure product quality is high, with few bugs and issues.Contribute to QA of product features.Ensure teams are focused by default on scoping small.Perform validation testing of production releases, bug fixes, and feature requests.Customer Value & Impact TrackingAccountable for bringing customer needs to the table and understanding how Kueski can deliver value based on them.Continuously monitor how their product/use case is behaving to understand if they are hitting the right metrics.
