Tu misión- Definir la estrategia de Transformación Digital y asegurar su implementación mediante iniciativas alineadas con la estrategia de negocio y las necesidades de IT.- Ser co-responsable, junto con las áreas de IT, de una arquitectura sólida que soporte operaciones, garantice escalabilidad y cumpla lineamientos corporativos en ciberseguridad, datos y cloud.- Impulsar optimización de IT y modernización de aplicaciones con enfoque en ROI, adopción y experiencia de usuario.- Liderar gestión del cambio y cultura digital con equipos multidisciplinarios.?? Lo que buscamos- Formación: Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación, Electrónica y Comunicaciones (o afín).- Deseable: Diplomado o Maestría en TI, Operación de Sistemas o Negocios.- Experiencia:5 años en roles como IT Delivery Manager, Digital Solutions o Enterprise Architect.- 10 años totales en TI, Operación de Sistemas, Arquitectura y proyectos de aplicaciones.- Habilidades técnicas:- Transformación Digital, IT Optimization, App Modernization, ITIL, Change Management, BRM, DevSecOps, AWS, Arquitectura Empresarial.- Conocimiento de metodologías tradicionales y ágiles, Observabilidad y Site Reliability Engineering.- Competencias clave: Proactividad, innovación, resiliencia, liderazgo de equipos de alto rendimiento, pensamiento estratégico, autogestión, negociación y fuerte orientación a soluciones.Ofrecemos un paquete que marca la diferencia: sueldo competitivo, beneficios y prestaciones superiores a los de ley y un entorno donde el talento crece, se inspira y transforma el futuro.
