ResumenNuestra misión de ser la empresa líder de infraestructura energética en Norteamérica se materializa todos los días a través de nuestros valores, al hacer lo correcto, impulsar a las personas y formar el futuro.Como líderes con propósito en la industria energética, facilitamos el acceso a suministro de energía segura y sustentable que mejora la vida, inspira a las personas y abre posibilidades en todas partes.Sé parte de nuestro gran equipo y llénate de energía.Postúlate a nuestra vacante como: Senior Unified Collaboration Engineer.ResponsabilidadesResponsible for maintaining and operating all enterprise communication / collaboration network services to a high standard.Ensuring the availability, performance, and security of all systems.Identifies, evaluates, and deploys technology solutions, provides feedback, makes recommendations.Plans and executes strategy for collaboration infrastructure including lifecycle management, upgrades, new capabilities, and support.Develops, documents, and adheres to operational best practices.Works collaboratively with the business and IT to translate business needs and support the delivery of quality solutions.Functions as Unified Communications lead SME on assigned projects.Proactively identifies and addresses opportunities for improvement.Gives functional area impacted advice on strategic, tactical, and operational levels to different stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Plans, coordinates, and executes complex network infrastructure maintenance, changes, and upgrades.Installs, configures, and documents unified communications systems.Troubleshoots, remediates, and performs root cause analysis of challenging technical issues escalated to the engineering level.Contacts and coordinates vendor, carrier, and remote support when necessary to resolve high impact issues and/or outages.Documents and reports problems to appropriate management, engineers and/or peers, including non-technical audiences.Provide user training in collaboration systems.Facilitate large meetings to ensure a smooth experience.Coordinates, plans, and communicates planned and unplanned outages to the appropriate stakeholders.Work with cross-functional IT and enterprise teams to build alignment and model commitment to high performance as "one team".Build relationship with business stakeholders, external service providers, and architecture teams; inspire ideas and exemplary solutions from inception through implementation.Communicate with all levels of management and end-users during analysis, development, testing, and operational phases including status updates, issue identification, and approval requirements.Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).RequisitosEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent training and/or experience, including Military.Experience: 5+ years experience in unified communications infrastructure (Cisco CUCM), including engineering, support, design, implementation, and operations (Required).5+ years experience working on a Cisco based network (Preferred).5+ years of demonstrated in-depth understanding and experience configuring and maintaining networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc. (Preferred).5+ years experience in Cisco VoIP / Collaboration tools (Required).5+ years experience in an enterprise level networking environment supporting multiple, diverse sites (Required).Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills.Able to perform complex troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose, and correct problems.Demonstrated advanced ability to monitor the unified collaboration environment using hardware and software tools.Advanced ability to establish and maintain a high level of user trust and confidence.Technical Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration systems.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams.Knowledge of Cisco routing, switching, and wireless technologies.Knowledge of various VPN products including Zscaler, Palo Alto Prisma Access (GlobalProtect), Pulse Secure.#J-*****-Ljbffr
