**Location**:San Luis de la Paz**Opportunity**BASIC FUNCTIONUnder the supervision of the Finance Manager is responsible for controlling the cash and other treasury activities.As well as, for processing travel and miscellaneous advances; its activities also include the management of insurances and participate in the monthly projection and annual budgeting processes.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the petty cash and food coupons funds.Process the requisitions of direct checks received from Sanimex ´ departments.Ensure the proper authorizations in the requisitions of direct checks.Issue the direct checks, give them for signature and custody to the Controller.Book the treasury transactions of the company to be submitted to the Controller for approval.Input accounting vouchers of the treasury transactions into the General Ledger System.Calculate the book provisions for all treasury activities, such as interest, commissions, etc.Prepare the monthly accruals for freight charges, annual events, insurance, benefits, utilities, etc.Elaboration of bank reconciliation of the Associates' Saving Fund accounts to be submitted to the Controller for review and approval.Ensure that proper documentation support of the transactions are attached to the payment check or voucher, including invoices, authorizations, receipt stamp, purchase orders, etc.Prepare the intercompanies account ´s reconciliation.Obtain copies of documentation support of all charges to the intercompany accounts.Prepare the report of exchange rate fluctuations.Prepare the documentation support to fill the Value Added Tax Returns.Participate in the monthly and annual physical inventories.Prepare information requested by auditors.Manage the Concur Travel and Expense System to process reimbursements for the Sanimex personnel and the sales force in Mexico.Actas a primary contact between Kohler and different vendors such as: leasing, insurance, cellular, utilities, etc.All other duties assigned by the Controller.**Skills/Requirements**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION:Preference Bachelor ´s degree in Accounting or Finance.EXPERIENCE:Preference 5 years of experience in similar position.FORMATION:Preference Bilingual.SAP and costing experience preferred.SKILLS:TraitsCritical: Cautiousness, Thoroughness, External Structure, Self-Structure, Abstract Reasoning Ability, Aggressiveness, Assertiveness, Energy, and Idea Orientation.Supporting: Ego-drive, Urgency.BehaviorsCritical: Is persistent; recognizes problems, issues and opportunities; gathers and analyzes data; creates new concepts and approaches to solve problems; learns from mistakes; independently sets goals, objectives and priorities; manages multiple tasks and activities; follows established policies and procedures.Supporting: Persuasively sells ideas to gain support and buy-in.**Why Work at Kohler Co.?**Kohler Co.'s mission is to contribute to a higher level of gracious living for those who are touched by our products and services.We understand that it takes investment in our associates' development to make that happen.So, we offer ongoing investment in each individual's personal development and the opportunity to collaborate with others across functions and roles at Kohler.In addition to the investment in your development, Kohler offers a benefits package including a competitive salary, health, vision, dental, 401(k) with company matching, and more**About Us**Beyond the competitive benefits and compensation, Kohler proudly offers a rich history, steeped in creativity and a commitment to our associates and communities.
