Customer Service Representative

Overview:The incumbent is expected to follow instructions, specific procedures and protocols, and policies to ensure the highest product quality and a safe work environment.This is an on-site position in our Zapopan facilities, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.**_We Are Kemin_**- We are visionaries who see things differently and are inspired by the world around us._- We have been dedicated to using applied science to improve the quality of life for over half a century._- We are a global ingredient manufacturer that strives to sustainably transform the quality of life every day for 80 percent of the world with its products and services._- For over half a century, Kemin has been dedicated to using applied science to address industry challenges and offer product solutions to customers in more than 120 countries.Kemin provides ingredients to feed a growing population with its commitment to the quality, safety and efficacy of food, feed and health-related products to customers around the world._- Established in ****, Kemin is a privately held, family-owned-and-operated company with more than 2,800 global employees and operations in 90 countries, including manufacturing facilities in Belgium, Brazil, China, India, Italy, Russia, San Marino, Singapore, South Africa and the United States._**_As a Kemin team member, you'll receive _**- **_ A competitive financial package_**_- in addition to your salary, we offer paid vacation and holidays, major and minor medical insurance policies, and life insurance._- **_ Robust health and wellness support_**_—we are proud to offer a fitness reimbursement (for your whole family) and an on-site fitness center, to name a few._- **_ Continued learning opportunities_**_—Kemin offers tuition reimbursement and recently launched a new corporate university with online and in-person training opportunities for growth and development throughout your career._- **_ The chance to give back to our world_**_- Through our foundation of servant leadership, we are proud to offer ample service opportunities, including paid time off to do so._**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for creating, handling, and maintaining customer satisfaction for Kemin's customers.- Accurate order entry and fulfilling product shipments.- Update and maintain product price list.- Provide sales support to the Commercial team.- Responsible for obtaining freight quotes and securing LTL Carriers for shipments, and tracking shipments when necessary.- Monitor inventory levels at designated customer locations to assist in maintaining sufficient inventory levels.- Responsible for daily communication with the sales, warehouse, and finance Teams to coordinate domestic and international shipments.- Review Accounts Receivable reports and inform customers on past due account status.- Generate invoices and accrue for rebates, commissions, and other applicable discounts and withholdings.- Record and rectify customer complaints with supervision.- Return goods authorization with approval.Qualifications:- High school diploma- Preferable bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, Commerce, or Logistics.- 3-5 years of professional experience as a customer service representative, order entry advisor, Tax Billing, and logistics.- Fluent in English and Spanish- Must understand freight (domestic and/or international), export documents, and tariffs.- Be able to multi-task, adjust priorities, and have excellent time management skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to present ideas effectively with customers, peers, and all levels of management.- Proficient in MS Office programs.- Experience with ERP systems- A post-offer background check and drug screen is required.Additional pre-employment requirements may be necessary based on position._- Kemin is an equal opportunity employer, and all reasonable accommodations will be considered._- Kemin is a drug-free and tobacco-free campus._- #LI-AF2_- #LI-DNI_
