Position Description You will work in a dynamic, high‑impact environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and contributing to decision‑making. Your role offers exposure to strategic discussions and opportunities to influence forecasting and supply‑chain strategies. Your Tasks Develop, maintain, and continuously improve demand planning models and analytical tools to enhance forecast accuracy across LATAM. Create and manage Sales and Marketing forecasts for the assigned planning horizon, BU, and Customer Planning Groups, incorporating statistical baselines and cross‑functional inputs. Collaborate with S&OP leaders, demand planners, key account managers, and supply‑chain teams to identify supply gaps, mitigate risks, and propose corrective actions. Act as a strategic advisor for sales teams by recommending inventory and stocking strategies that optimize channel performance and sell‑through. Lead the outlier management process, ensuring validation, documentation, and supply‑chain approval before integrating exceptions into the final forecast. Identify and implement strategies to manage and reduce unproductive or excess inventory. Prepare and maintain accurate forecasting data, reports, and dashboards for S&OP and monthly planning cycles. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent qualification). 2–5 years of relevant experience in demand planning or supply‑chain roles, including at least 2 years in the consumer/retail industry. Advanced skills in SAP APO, SAP IBP, or Blue Yonder; strong analytical capabilities in Excel and Power BI. Understanding of key planning KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, MAPE, Bias, Fill Rate) and inventory management principles. Excellent communication skills to present insights confidently in S&OP or leadership meetings. Fluent in English and comfortable working in cross‑functional teams.
