This role is ideal for someone with experience in data entry, document auditing, or quality controlespecially within procurement, supply chain, or financial operations.You'll work closely with our internal team to ensure data accuracy, refine workflows, and help improve our AI-assisted document processing pipeline.Key ResponsibilitiesReview purchase orders and procurement documents for accuracy and completenessValidate and correct data linkages between extracted fields and system recordsConduct quality control checks on vendor details, dates, classifications, and line itemsFlag inconsistencies and resolve them using structured workflows and critical thinkingCollaborate with internal teams to refine procurement-related SOPsIdentify recurring data issues and contribute to improving AI parsing logicAssist with onboarding large volumes of historical procurement documentsQualifications and SkillsProven experience in data entry, document processing, or quality controlStrong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsComfortable using Airtable, Google Sheets/Excel, and similar toolsFamiliarity with procurement, supply chain, or finance-related document reviewAble to follow structured workflows while independently resolving discrepanciesBonus: Experience with AI tools or platforms for document processingTools You Will UseAirtableMicrosoft ExcelAI-powered parsing and document processing systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
