Descripción y detalle de las actividadesOBJECTIVE Lead improvement projects and High complexity tasks.High performance expectation.Organize and Collaborate with teams from different areas; Coordinates team members to provide the necessary support to ensure manufacturing process flow in compliance with engineering requirements and quality standards and seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives of the SBU.MAIN TASKS Lead automation projects execution.Coordinates suppliers, equipment and tool designs, CNC/PLC/Automation Programs, material procurement, Fabrication & Inspection review, coordination of installation, test and equipment acceptance, support and debug after installation.Provide automation and process control plans; prepare process flow charts, PFMEA documents, control plans and work instructions.Provide project management leadership and effective communication to all team members.Responsible for the RCCA to solve problems.Decision making and high-risk task problem solution.Experiência y requisitosREQUIREMENTS Professional degree: Mechanical Eng., Mechatronic Eng, Aerospace Eng.Broad electrical harnesses background, including hands on experience with PLC's, Robots, motion controls, interfaces, data acquisition, vision systems and associated programming software.+8 years of experience in manufacturing processes, considering geometric tolerances and fabrication processes.Knowledge on Fixturing standard English spoken and written (90% advanced).Able to work on 2nd shift (Periodically).Available to travel.US Visa.OrganizaciónGulfstreamGiroMaquiladora (Export.)Actividad principalEnsamble de piezas de aluminio y arneses eléctricos para la industria aeroespacial.Número de empleados******Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera Profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 90%, Escrito: 90%**Sexo** Indistinto
