Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Objective: Responsible for developing and implementing methods of CNC programming for different machines to meet customer demand.Supporting continuous improvement projects and / or training.Main tasks: Support on the CNC development programs for the new products of 3, 4 and 5 axis.Implementation CNC projects; Analysis and plans conceptualization.Support other departments.RCCA Analysis.Internal and external quality problems solutions.Create TMO'S.(Tool Manufacturing Orders)Support the robust FA( First Article) system.Selection of new technology for tooling; Create 3D tool models.Experiência y requisitos- Requirements: Professional degree: Industrial Eng., Mechanical Eng., or related.3-4 years of experience in similar position (needed) Drawing, reading and interpretation, GD&T.English spoken and written (advanced 85%).Experience in CNC manufacturing processes 3 to 5 axis.Knowledge: Knowledge on: Office, Enovia-Smarteam, Solumina-CAS, Machines and tools, CATIA V5 Machining LicensesOrganizaciónGulfstreamGiroMaquiladora (Export.)Actividad principalEnsamble de piezas de aluminio y arneses eléctricos para la industria aeroespacial.Número de empleados******Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera Profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 90%, Escrito: 90%**Sexo** Indistinto**Edad** ******* años
