Manager Plastic Resource

**Primary Function**- Factory management position: Responsible for the formulation of relevant work for the production of plastic granules in Mexican institutional factories, and ensure the product complete the test and put into production smoothly in Mexico factory- Manage the plastic granule production team efficiently, improve the image of the factory and improve the talent training of on-site force**Duties and Responsibilities**- Responsible for daily production and delivery of plastic particles- Be responsible for equipment and personnel safety management in plastic granule production- Be responsible for the development and introduction of new plastic granule production process and equipment- Be responsible for process analysis of new product and cost assessment and accounting of plastic granule production- Responsible for the automatic, digital and intelligent construction of plastic granule production- Responsible for the development and introduction of environmentally friendly plastics- Budget and control of plastic granule production- Material management: material cost control, consumables consumption control, and warehouse design- Formulate plastic granule production quality control system and scientific process flow, strictly supervise the implementation, and ensure the quality assurance ability of the process- Establishment and supervision of on-site operation system**Required Education**- College degree or above**Required Experience**- At least 10 years working experience in plastic particle manufacturing- At least 5 years of relevant management experience in enterprises with more than 30 people**Required Skills/Licenses/Certifications**- Master the production technology and distribution process of plastic granules- Familiar with the properties of common plastic materials, such as ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), PC (Polycarbonate), PC (Polycarbonate) + ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), PA6 (polycaprolactam), PA66 (Polyamide 66), etc- Understand the components and treatment methods of waste gas, waste water and solid waste in the process of plastic granules- Familiar with chemicals and safety control standards used in plastic granule production process- Understand the fire safety regulations and control items of plastic granule production line- Familiar with Mexican environmental regulations- Familiar with Mexican employment regulations and relevant industrial safety regulations- English listening / speaking / writing skills- Have the ability of plastic granule production and operation planning- Able to organize and manage different work tasks independently at the same time- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ApplicationsKnowledge of lean production, quality improvement, team management, etc.Six Sigma Green Belt (Certification for improving processes)**Required Competencies**- **Approachability**- Is easy to approach and talk to- Can be warm, pleasant, and gracious; is sensitive to and patient with the interpersonal anxieties of others- Builds rapport well- Is a good listener- Is an early knower, getting informal and incomplete information in time to do something about it- **Business Acumen**- Knows how businesses work- Knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends and information affecting his/her businessand organization- Is aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace- **Directing Others**- Is good at establishing clear directions- Sets stretching objectives; distributes the workload appropriately- Lays out work in a well-planned and organized manner- Maintains two-way dialogue with others on work and results- Is a clear communicator- **Informing**- Provides the information people need to know to do their jobs and to feel good about being a member of the team,unit and/or the organization- Provides individuals information so that they can make accurate decisions; is timely with information- **Interpersonal Savvy**- Relates well to all kinds of people, up, down, and sideways, inside and outside the organization- Builds appropriate rapport- Builds constructive and effective relationships- Can diffuse even high-tension situations comfortably- **Problem Solving**- Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions- Probes all fruitful sources for answers- Can see hidden problems- Is excellent at honest analysis; looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers- **Process Management**- Good at figuring out the processes necessary to get things done- Knows how to organize people and activities- Understands how to separate and combine tasks into efficient work flow- Knows what to measure and how to measure it- Can see opportunities for synergy and integration where others can't- Can simplify complex processes- Gets more out of fewer resourcesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1,111,****** - $2,222,****** al mes
