Responsibilities Manages the production function of multiple departments / product lines through direct supervisory reports. Interacts with support functions to ensure the appropriate staffing and equipment utilization in assembling and manufacturing products that meet quality and delivery expectations. Qualifications Experience (required): 5 years of production supervision or project management experience. 2 - 3 years of production manager position. Experience in leading Lean, 6-Sigma, Continuous Improvement, EHS initiatives. Experience in managing others in supervisory roles. Multi-department, multi-shift experience Masters, advance degree, may be substituted for up to 2 years of supervisory and / or work experience. Experience (preferred): 6-Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certificate in Lean Manufacturing Certificate in Supply Chain Education (required): BS degree in Engineering Field. Education (preferred): Masters or advanced degree / certification. SAP ERP.
