This role focuses сфер on capturing high‑intent demand, improving efficiency, and driving profitable growth for e‑commerce and/or lead generation clients. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling paid search programs that consistently hit CPA and ROAS targets, while collaborating closely with analytics, CRO, and lifecycle teams to maximize performance. Key Responsibilities Own paid search strategy and execution across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Bing Ads Build and optimize campaigns, including keyword research, match types, negatives, and account structure Manage bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, Max Conversions, manual when needed) Optimize shopping feeds and Performance Max campaigns in collaboration with feed and creative teams Continuously improve Quality Score, CTR, conversion rate, and impression share Analyze performance data and deliver weekly and monthly insights and recommendations Collaborate with CRO, SEO, and web teams to improve landing page performance Identify and execute scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency Stay up to date with Google Ads platform changes and search trends Ensure paid search is a predictable and scalable growth channel for clients Requirements 3–6+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid searchrenia Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) Experience managing large budgets ($100K+/month preferred) Strong understanding of keyword strategy, bidding, and account structure Proven track record of driving profitable growth Solid analytical skills with ability to translate data into action Experience working with e‑commerce and/or lead generation accounts Hands‑on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio Strong understanding of attribution and conversion tracking Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Marketing, Sales, and Advertising Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Kajae by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
