A confidential FMCG company with nationwide presence is seeking an Operations Director to lead and optimize multi-site operations across all regions.This role oversees Regional Operations Managers, ensuring excellence in safety, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and end-to-end service levels.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and oversee Regional Operations Managers across multiple sites nationwide.Ensure operational excellence across distribution centers, warehouses, manufacturing processes, routing, and last-mile delivery.Drive a strong Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) culture and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.Oversee supply & demand planning, materials flow, inventory levels, and service performance.Ensure compliance in quality, food safety, and operational standards across all facilities.Lead engineering, maintenance, utilities, and CAPEX projects to strengthen operational capability.Implement best-in-class practices in distribution, logistics planning, inventory flow, and operational standardization.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost competitiveness, and operational efficiency.Partner with commercial and supply chain teams to align operations with business growth needs.Ensure business continuity through effective crisis management, incident response, and risk mitigation.Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.10+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing within FMCG, Retail, or Distribution.Experience managing multi-site operations and leading Managers or Regional Leaders.Strong background in safety, quality, manufacturing, logistics, and supply planning.Proven track record in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and large-scale transformation.Strong leadership, analytical ability, and decision-making skills.
